We take deliberate steps to help our staff and volunteers to focus on making each visitor and patient contact a pleasant one. The Red Hearts
We like to
honor and reward tremendous customer service efforts. Our rewards
program is called the Service Excellence Recognition Program. It
is a quick way for anyone (staff, visitors, or patients) to praise the good
work of any CMH employee, physician or volunteer. To recognize someone,
pick-up a service excellence card at one of the many locations throughout
the hospital or ask any staff member to assist you. Fill the card out with
the person’s
name, department and a brief description of what they did so well. Give
your completed card to any staff member to turn in or drop it off in the
Performance Improvement office on the way to the cafeteria.
Patient Satisfaction Surveys
Following your visit to Clinton Memorial Hospital you may receive a survey in the mail about your visit. Clinton Memorial Hospital contracts with a company, called NRC-Picker, to conduct the surveys on our behalf. This company sends us a comprehensive report of the completed surveys with comments our patients have regarding their stay or visit. We use these surveys to better understand what our patients like and where our opportunities for improvement are. Please take a few moments to complete the survey if you receive one. We value your opinion.
